These terms govern your use of Epka ("the app"), a personal TV and movie tracker at epka.app. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Epka lets you track the shows and movies you watch, view upcoming episodes, and optionally connect a Plex server. It is provided free of charge as a personal, non-commercial project.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access to that Google account secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not misuse third-party integrations (such as TMDB or Plex) in violation of their terms.

Third-party content

Show and movie information is provided by third parties including The Movie Database (TMDB) and TVmaze. This product uses those APIs but is not endorsed or certified by them. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Availability and changes

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. As a personal project, it may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
